It is a toughie (for me at least) this introducing pattern to spaces. Being a bit of a plain Jayne kind of girl (can easily hark on about texture until the cows come home) pattern is a whole different kettle of fish.

Cracking the code in selecting one or two pieces that easily sit side by side is not an easy task – but it really does give a room a face lift perking it up and stealing the limelight. If like me you haven’t ventured into this territory before start small. A couple of cushions or a fab vase will give you the confidence to go for it big time. Before long you will be mixing shimmering gold swirls and barbeques pink stripes. Exciting stuff.
