Terms of Sale

Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to your use of and purchases from this web site. Please note that your use of our web site constitutes your agreement to these terms of sale. These terms of sale do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Your use of this site and any purchase made by you on this site will be governed by English Law and will be deemed to have occurred in the United Kingdom.
2. All prices are in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
3. All space2 products are delivered packed for self-assembly.
4. We may from time to time change the terms and conditions that govern your use of the site. Your use of the site will constitute your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
5. Payment is due at the time of placing an order. space2 must validate the credit / debit card details submitted by the customer before any order can be accepted. We do this via an 'instant' online credit check against the details you provide. Acceptance of the order will be communicated directly to you via this web site, and confirmed by email to the address you provide. We reserve the right to refuse an order.
6. Delivery of your order will be made by a reputable 3^rd party carrier, to the address given at the time of placing the order. Whilst every effort will be made to deliver within the period specified for delivery, space2 cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery, however caused. The time for delivery is not the essence of the contract and the customer acknowledges that the delivery date is not guaranteed. space2 shall in no circumstances be liable to the customer for any losses, damages or charges incurred by the customer due to the late delivery of goods. A signature may be required on delivery.
7. Delivery and collection are free to most UK mainland addresses. Charges may be applied for deliveries and collections to other locations. We will inform you of any charges prior to processing your order.
8. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative product or a refund in full.
9. If you buy a product which we deliver to you, you may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 14 days after delivery by calling us on 0845-299-0066 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm), emailing us at returns@space2.co.uk, or writing to us at space2, Elm Works, 7 Glendale Gardens, Leigh, Essex. SS9 2AP to cancel the order (or part of it) and arrange collection. The product must be put back into the original packaging and be free from damages
10. Any refunds will be credited back to you only on receipt of the returned goods. Please see our returns policy for details on how and when goods can be returned.
11. We guarantee that everything we sell is durable and dependable. All products come with a 5-year guarantee. If your product does not give fair wear and tear because of defective workmanship, or faulty materials, we will repair it, exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or refund your money. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
12. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this web site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend upon your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any product will be accurate. All product sizes and dimensions are approximate and intended for guidance only.
13. space2.com, space2 and / or other products and services referred to on this web site are either trademarks or registered trademarks of space2 Limited. Other products and company names mentioned on this site may be the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
14. Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy sections of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with us or using this web site as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials on this web site, including reproduction for purposes other those noted above, modification, distribution or republication without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
15. This web site contains links providing direct access to other Internet sites; space2 takes no responsibility for the content or information contained on those other sites, and does not exert any editorial or other control over them.
16. Should any of these terms and conditions be held to be invalid, unlawful, void or unenforceable then the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
